They came out within a week of the initial visit and completely removed my old water heater, installed the new tankless heater and tested everything all while I was at work. They came back after I got home from work to make sure I was happy with everything and to show me how to use the controller I elected to have installed as well. They cleaned up everything and left the space better than it started. Very professional, and they even made sure I knew about the Excel rebate (which I hadn't known about) and helped me fill out the paperwork to make sure I got the rebate.
