"Tony, Jeff and the office staff were professional, polite, and informative. Depending on type of roofing dictates the time it takes. For us we wanted metal roof and that takes time in getting the materials. We were ignorant to this even though Tony said this. It just didn’t sink in at first. Tony was there at start and again when insurance rep came out to do their part. Tony stayed with him and explained what we were interested in. Nolan’s does interior work as well and we added gutters. The guys doing the roof needs to be more mindful of their personal trash at end of day, empty coke cans, water bottles and styrofoam cups. The dumpster trailer company had a lot to be desired. Initially the set up was good with tarps under trailer to protect drive way and orange cones. But unfortunately the roof guys loaded the trailer that was not excepting to the pick up guy. He ended up removing material back into our yard and left. Now mind you it was the wood frames that the metal was shipped in, not tar paper etc. However my husband spoke with Jeff and it was dealt with. Dumpster trailer company was a contractor to Nolan’s. Nolan’s is a great company. We are still waiting on final job, the interior."

Jim Hernandez, the owner came and gave me the estimate and was also present to supervise the job during the two days it took to complete. That was an important factor that I wanted, to insure a good job, and not leave the details to his workers.  Jim was very friendly and presented himself in a professional manner.  It was a pleasure working with him. He even came to the house on a Sunday to work out the details of the contract.  He was also very concerned with the weather and kept us posted of the conditions as to when he should start the job.  

I wanted to make sure that the roofing contractor that I used was fully insured including workers compensation on his employees, and Good Neighbor Roofing had all that.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wanted a good job at a fair price.
