"Marc was an excellent and very responsive communicator throughout the entire process! His pricing is fair and competitive and, as promised, there were no surprises from his end. His crew was thorough, professional and meticulous. We had all of the windows in our 1948 home (and 1960s addition) replaced at once. I get pretty anxious about having work done in our home, but Marc listened well, allayed my concerns and followed through on all of his commitments to us. Our house had some surprises and complications that arose during our window install and Marc's crew was very balanced and thorough in their response and in finding solutions. His team does beautiful work, which impressed me throughout the project. We did have a couple of issues arise and Marc addressed everything right away, even personally coming by each time to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. It was a great experience from start to finish --- beginning with the estimator using drone footage to show us areas that needed to be replaced. We found the prices to be competitive with other companies in the area and they were able to schedule the work at our convenience, which was nice. On the day of the job, the team arrived promptly and worked hard throughout the day. At one point it seemed like it would turn into a two-day job due to extra materials needed, but fortunately they were able to run out and get the materials. They worked up until the very last minutes of daylight to ensure that the job was completed on schedule and cleaned all the scraps/waste from our yard and driveway before leaving. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "Out initial meeting with Nu-Face was during the free estimate phase. The representative who visited our house was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and clearly communicated all of the project details to us of what we could expect, if we chose Nu-face as our siding contractor. We received a project estimate within 2 days, and after reviewing multiple quotes, we decided that Nu-Face would be the contractor to perform the siding work. After we informed them of our decision, Joe (owner) contacted us to schedule a visit to our home to meet with us a few weeks later, to review everything and sign the contract. During Joe’s visit with us, we walked the house perimeter as he discussed the entire process involved, explaining how they would install the siding and trim at the various locations – windows, doors, corners, roof facias and soffits, light fixtures, outlets, etc.…. Joe made sure that all of our project questions were answered before we signed the contract that day. "Outstanding company from the sales person to the project manager to the very competent roofers. The estimate to replace my roof was not the highest or the lowest but was realistic. I was in constant contact with various personnel who kept me informed about the project. On installation day, the crew of 8 roofers began work at 7:30am and finished at 2:30pm. All waste was cleaned up and placed in the dumpster. Overall, a great company to consider when replacing your roof."
