"We called All American after another company failed to come back to complete their work.  Jason was helpful and informative and they came out the next day to fix a slow drain from our outlet box.  They had to dig in order to identify the problem, which was roots obstructing an outlet pipe - causing slow drainage.  They were up front and honest about costs and kept us informed the whole time.  They were also extremely fast and efficient considering the amount of work they did.  
The work was done for the buyers of our home after the home inspector noticed the slow drainage.  All American gave us a clear, itemized receipt and said that we could have the home buyers contact them with any questions.
