"I gotta say that Colin of Recovery Grout exceeded my expectations! I am diligent about keeping our walk-in shower clean as can be but I think even the best efforts will be compromised by water, soap, etc. over time. Colin's work on our grout made the shower look like new! He even pointed out where the previous grout had slightly different shading from one area to another but he worked to make it all uniform. He replaced caulk and added sealant where some of the finish on the stone below the shower door was worn down. This was money well spent. I would hire again and recommend Colin and Recovery Grout to others."

They were on time for the appointment and were very thorough in their examination and pre-treatment. In the end, the carpets, and especially the stairs were cleaner than when we moved in!
