"They at first told me that they needed to replace a different part that would take three days (very hot days) to get and cost $500.00. They went back outside to get the number off the part. They were gone a long time. When they came back, they told me they'd been able to clean the part off really well and get it to work (the problem was ants eating through contact points - a common problem down here and one I've have to have to replace things in my AC before because of). However, one of the contacts was completely destroyed. Now, maybe they should have taken the time to clean the part off to begin with, but I'm glad they did it and saved me the money and the three days of miserable heat, so I'm happy. If I hadn't dealt with this company before I might have thought that they tell you it's this $500 thing that will cost three days and then come back with a $300 bill for something that should cost $200 or less, but I've dealt with them before and nothing like that has ever happened so I felt comfortable that they were really trying to help me."
