"Unfortunately my lawn mower picked up a rock and broke my patio glass sliding door. I went to YELP to search for glass repair in my area of which there were several. Glasscadia responded within an hour, came out later that same morning to take measurements, discuss my situation and options with me and had a bid/proposal within 30 minutes. That was amazing and MUCH appreciated. Other companies did eventually respond to my Yelp request but mostly a range of numbers, did not explain what their bid consisted of (e.g. low E vs. clear) and no one else came out. Glasscadia was one of the lower priced bids, was extremely responsive, a pleasure to discuss and talk to and, after I gave them the go-ahead, were out in just a few days to do the job. Price is always an important consideration but so is responsiveness and clarity. Glasscadia hit ALL of the boxes. I highly recommend them and will make them my go-to company for all things glass related. They are GREAT!"

"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

"I was recently seeking a contractor on Angi for an urgent interior paint project at my home with quick turnaround time. This bedroom paint project included wall paint (2 colors; 1 accent wall), wall baseboard trim repair + paint, door trim repair + paint, door paint, and a plumbing panel replacement + paint. When I posted the request on Angi, Eugene from Honeycomb Construction called me within a minute after posting (Wow!). I explained my situation (baby on the way/arriving in weeks, nesting) and project details, and Eugene stopped by the same day to get a good look at room needing paint + repairs. Eugene was able to meet my familyâ s needs to get this room ready within one week. Although the estimated job timeline slid out by one day due to factors out of Eugeneâ s control (cold room on the basement floor, so paint takes longer to dry between coats), he did an excellent job with all the promised work: the paints of coat were even and full, the lines between the two colors of paint were crisp and clean, and the baseboard trim was looking sharp! Eugene does great work, heâ s really responsive and communicative throughout the process, heâ s really professional, and he is very kind. "Our toilet overflowed, flooding our master bathroom as well as carpet and baseboards outside in the hallway. Rafael arrived quickly after the call, was very courteous, and explained all the options as well as what he was doing during each step. He diagnosed the damage with sophisticated equipment (e.g. infrared cameras, moisture detection tools), extracted water, removed wet baseboards and drywall, set up industrial blowers and dehumidifiers to dry the area, and visited daily to check progress and move the equipment around. What a stud this guy is! He was so thorough and even offered an Angie's List discount. I highly recommend him and his company for any water damage or mold remediation. It is not easy to find a contractor this good for this type of work."

"Joe and Luis arrived about 15 minutes late. They only move sofas and chairs, no beds or other heavy items so we moved most of the loose items and small furniture pieces out of the rooms the night before.  He ran out of foil square so we gave him aluminum foil to put under the furniture legs. They were efficient taking only 45 minutes to complete the task. This is the second time we've used Affordable Joe's.  We have to do a little more work but his prices are among the lowest and this level of cleaning meets our needs. "
