Extremely polite, efficient and got the job done, looks great! He took the time to explain how the tv mount works as it is a 360? articulating mount. It took about three hours and she did a very nice job cleaning and sealing the tile and grout in our master bath which included the shower enclosure, floors and counter top. She removed the old silicone seals from around the bottom of the shower and the kitchen sink and replaced them with the appropriate materials. She also added a bead of clear silicone along the edge of the tub and floor in our guest bathroom. Very professional."
