"I was advised by my insurance company to get the moss removed from my new (to me) house. There was a coupon offered here by a company I have used before at my Seattle house. I bought it online and scheduled the cleaning. Curtis came over to take a look but I didn't have to be home for that. The roof needed a little more than what the coupon offered because of the condition of the roof. I trust him and his workers, and the house inspection made notice of the need to do some roof maintenance so I was happy he had availability. "This guy was amazing. We took 5-6 bids; he was way cheaper than all the other bids. He had guaranteed the best service, and he came through. We can't even tell that he was here. He carefully pulled all the bark off to the side on to a tarp, dug down, replaced everything and smoothed it out. I am so impressed. They were punctual and on time. They said that they would make the yard look like they were never there except for a little tiny cleanup cap, and they did it. They cleaned up everything after themselves; we would have never known that they were there. They dug out probably six feet of dirt, three feet wide and several feet deep, and we can't tell."

"<p>Wayne was great.  Initial communications were a little sporadic and brief after my first inquiry, but once we were able to meet up and discuss the project everything went well.  I had the exterior of the house painted and needed to coordinate Wayne's crew coming in to tear down the gutters and install after the house was painted.  Since exterior painting schedules can be a little fluid due to weather, the schedule was a bit of moving target, but they were able to accommodate and did a great job.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>In the fall once the rains started, I noticed an issue with overflow on a porch corner gutter - Wayne came out immediately after I contacted him about it and then brought out an engineer friend - turns out my porch had a support post once upon a time and had sagged almost a full inch over the years. I worked with Wayne's friend to install a new corner support for the porch roof and Wayne followed up once we were done to make sure no further adjustments were needed. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>I was really impressed with quality of the work and specifically Wayne's concern that the work was done correctly and his follow up.  I won't need to do gutter work again on this house, but if I ever have need of a great gutter company, I'll be calling Wayne. </p> <br />"
