"I would say use Krown roofing to anyone who reads this hands down. First the estimate and bidding process was informative and professional. not only does Krown offer a 30 year lifetime waranty on the roof for any repairs or water damage, They are GAF certified so the roof is registered with GAF (the manufacturer of all the roofing products used) for thirty years. If I sell my home the new owner can be transfered in this warranty. The bid includes: up to 5 sheets plywood replaced; Tiger paw roof deck protection; all vents replaced with quality metal vents; Storm guard leak barrier; Corbra snow country roof ridge vent (this benefits the life of your roof and replaces all roof vents except for exaust vents). Timberline shingles including roof ridge and flashing for all edges and gutters. I also added Leaf relief gutter protection to the bid. The work: tear down, plywood repair and installing all roofing products were complete in one day. The next day Mike came by to install the leaf relief gutter protecters and do a final walk through/ review of the work. Mike then did a final yard walk through to pick up any small debris left in the yard from the day before. He handed my GAF warranty which he registerd for me and it's all done. This is a professional job and all the neighbors want to know who did the work because the roof really stands out on the steet I live on. the final price is exactly what the bid was for. I would like to add the bid was $5,000-$7,000 less than other bids, so the price was reasonable. Wilson was excellent in the follow up as well and some added material that was needed was chanrged at cost. They came promptly and did the work well (with pictures of work) and efficiently. "I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"
