"For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best **** mud room you will ever see. Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them. Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. I’ve never used anyone else since. We haven’t had a major project in about 5 years but when I decided to sell my house, I needed a few things fixed to make everything look great. Some water damage below the sink had warped that cabinet, a toe kick was beyond a simple touch-up, and then I broke a glass pane in one of the kitchen cabinets 2 weeks before showings were to start. "Lloyd and James (who did the work) are amazing! We had a pipe burst resulting in having to shut off our water. We called around to see if we could get a plumber or general contractor out to fix it but they were only interested if it was going to be a complete remodel/rehab. One even hung up on me in mid sentence. Lloyd took my call and displayed not only compassion for our situation but a sense of urgency. He explained his basic pricing up front and told us that he would try to get someone out to us in the next hour or so. In less than an hour or so James appeared and introduced himself. After showing him the area of the damage and explaining what happened he was not only able to hone in on where the problem pipe was in the wall, but also why it happened. He gave me different options on how he could handle the pipe repair and why each had its merits. He quickly repaired the burst pipe and got us water pretty quick. Professional, courteous, and capable of explaining trades talk to a novice. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely call on them in the future. Great service, reasonable pricing, and honest work."
