Bruce was very quick in assessing and repairing my roof which was missing shingles due to a recent storm. He also went the extra mile to try and natch the color of my existing shingles which are more than 10 years old and are discontinued. He searched far and wide and even opened an account at a new supplier in order to get these tiles. You don’t see a work ethic like that much these days. "Initial meeting with Power was very informative and professional. They do try to push you to purchase right there and then with a 1 time discount. Did our entire roof in one day in January. The crew was on time and polite. It was dark by the time they finished and they were going around my house with a cell phone flashlight trying to finish clean up. They missed some debris (old shingle scraps) in the backyard. The dumpster was supposed to picked up the next day but wasn't picked up for a few days after I spoke with the Qaulity Control Manager."
