"They came up with a creative, affordable solution to a very complex drain problem we had on an old house, involving long lenghts of french drain istallation, concrete cutting and pouring and drainage pipe install for a long distance in the yard. They had to make a couple of adjustments after the initial install, due to the unusual terrain of our yard, but they were very willing to do that, and persisted the final solution completely solved our issue and we are very happy with it. Very nice and supportive office people. Would definitely use them again."

"!This company did a wonderful job of repairing an old shower. The pan was leaking and wood underneath was rotted. The walls were cultured marble and they were able to save them by cutting up from the base and replacing the floor and several inches up the wall with tile. The job was done within a few days of the initial contact , the workers cleaned up their work space, and the finished result looks great! I am going to use this company again on another bathroom renovation. <br />"

"That job went fine. I called them again this in the spring for a repair on my front porch which would be followed by window replacements and vinyl siding replacement. Everything was dependent on a specific timeline and one person doing his job at the appropriate time. The porch guy never showed. Neither did anybody come to check to see if he ever showed. Nobody called to check either. <br /> Finally on Friday afternoon, I called the Project Manager and told him that the guy had never shown up and informed him of my extreme displeasure. I then fired them. <br /> Saturday morning, the porch guy showed up with a bizarre story involving arrests, court dates, and Homeland Security. I was not impressed. He did not convince me to give the rest of the group a chance because I STILL needed someone to fix my porch. Furthermore, the Project Manager was as much at fault because he had not done his job in checking on the guy. <br /> iI was extremely disappointed in RRR the second time around because they did such a good job he first time. I don't know if the difference was because this wasn't an insurance job or what. However, the thought has occurred to me that I have NOT been under my house, so I really don't know if they've done the work or not. I don't know what it looks like under my house now. I'm taking their word for it that the mold is gone. I won't know until the termite guy or AC guy comes and crawls under the house. <br /> But I, in good conscience, would not recommend using them. <br />"

"1 - Angie's List add stated cost was for 4-hours service for 2 workers, a total of 8 hours labor. <br /> <br /> 2-  When Mr. Galloway showed up and I asked him about the other person that was supposed to be there,  I got the don't do this to me statement.  He said he had nothing to do with the add - that the add was put out by Angie's List.  Yes, I feel I got short changed on the labor and I'm not sure if I will ever purchase one of these adds again. <br /> <br /> 3 - Prior to work being done,  I had to reiterate to him that I had already paid for labor through Angie's List and that I was only going to pay for materials purchased/used. <br /> <br /> 4 -  Part of the process in removing and replacing bad siding pieces is also to remove the old caulk.  Caulk from around the windows was also removed as this was attached to the bad siding.  While reviewing what had been done, I asked why there were these huge gaps under both windows - there was no caulk   He had no clue as to why that was so.  <br /> <br /> You could see the strip of old caulk in the grass under the windows.   He then proceeded to put some caulk under the windows, but not enough.   Because he was already finished with the job, he did not paint this caulk.  <br /> <br /> I had to make a trip to Lowe's to purchase more caulk to finished up what was not done properly.    The huge gaps under the windows would allow rain/moisture and insects right into the window area and allow more damage to accumulate behind the siding.    <br /> <br /> 5 - He left exposed nails and popped out nails. <br /> <br /> 6 - In another area, I asked if the caulk had enough time to cure before painting over it.  He stated he didn't worry about those things.  He left all that up to God.  Okay - I'm a Christian too but it was getting to the point that he kept stating his Christianity so that I wouldn't post a bad review.    <br /> <br /> 7 - After having had repairs such as this done about 4-5 times, this was the shoddiest job I've ever seen.  It was very obvious that Mr. Galloway has no idea what proper construction/home repair work contains. <br /> <br /> 8 - At the most, he worked on this project for approximately 3 - 3.5 hours. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

FAQs for concrete foundation repair projects in Eads, TN

Visible cracks, water leaks, uneven floors, or walls that won’t line up are classic red flags. You might also notice sticking windows, doors that no longer latch, or exterior cracks crawling up brick or siding. Even a damp, musty basement can hint at trouble. If you spot any of these, call a foundation pro right away. Early inspections cost far less than waiting until the damage threatens your home’s stability.

Yes, foundation problems impact your home’s value. Buyers want proof that the foundation is stable, and a recent, professional repair can actually boost confidence in your home. You’ll need to disclose the work, but documentation showing the structure was properly stabilized, especially with piers in regions known for shifting soil, often reads as a plus, not a problem. Skipping repairs, on the other hand, can cut your sale price and shrink the pool of interested buyers. Taking care of the issue protects both value and peace of mind.

Foundations are engineered for exceptional longevity when constructed correctly and maintained diligently. Concrete slab foundations remain structurally sound for 200 years, while other foundation types deliver integrity between 75 and 100 years. Regular professional inspections and timely maintenance further secure a foundation’s lifespan and ensure your home stays safe over the long term.
