"The only reason I have not given five stars for this service is that the tech did not pay strict-enough attention to social distancing and cleaning procedures during his visit. Isaac was clearly knowledgeable and efficient in tracking down the source of the problem with the furnace humidifier malfunction, but he did not pay close enough attention to maintaining a six foot distance from me and he did not take time to wipe down surfaces after his visit. I had specifically asked the dispatcher about what protocols would be used during the visit, and these were not followed. Otherwise, I would have rated the visit at five stars."
