Despite some hiccups in the permitting process, Rick made sure we had clarity on the scope, financing and terms and then the guys did a great job building the deck. We had one small cosmetic issue when it was done, and not only did they come out and take a look but offered to make it right immediately with no questions asked. Unfortunately our siding is fairly new so there isn't anything else we can hire Eagle Siding to do but if we ever build a home (or move into one that needs some work) they will be our first call."

They took a lot of time with us at the initial meeting to answer all our questions and give us suggestions for our work. "We had storm damage on our 1950's rambler--the roof/gutters/siding all needed to be replaced. This was complicated when lead was found in the paint of our redwood siding. We had several contractors come out, assess the damage and then never responded again. When Rick's came out to give us a quote, they were on time, gave us a fair, clear quote and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster understood the complexity of the project and the potential cost. Without Rick going to bat for us with the adjuster, we could never had afforded to get our house properly fixed. Also a second story flat roof over a porch, a detached garage and a screen house. Also had some minor fascia and soffit damage to repair from a prior storm, a chimney demolition and cap off, and 3 new whirlybird vents added to the roof. The amazing team completed about 98% of the project on 1 very hot day. They worked carefully to protect all structures, plants and shrubs on the property and did an excellent job on the clean-up.
