I have 7 years of tile experience, I can work anywhere in the treasure valley. I know how to do backsplashes, showers, fireplaces, floors. I know how to do residential and commercial. I currently work for Mesa Tile & Stone Company. I think I’m a good fit for the job because I like to do my job right and make sure that the customer is satisfied with the tile.

"My biggest issues: Possible mold and damage to floorboards due to cleaners, damage to furniture, major inconveniences to the household, and no follow-up on resolving issues. The first cleaning left the floor soaking wet and required us to call them out again to fix it after 4 days (pictured). This caused a musty smell, and possibly damaged the floor underneath (we will be looking into that). The second cleaning sucked up the water, but then left a heavy cleaner smell throughout the house and did not remove the cat pee smell. We paid for nothing but a week of inconvenience with loud fans, furniture moved everywhere, and multiple tries to reach out and get this resolved. I vacuumed after the second cleaning and came away with a full container of dirt and debris, so I don't believe they cleaned anything (pictured). Other service disappointments: Unprofessionalism. On the first cleaning, I was discussing charges and final instructions with the cleaner. As we're talking, he stops and looks at the box of donuts on my counter and says "Oh, Krispy Kream. Mind if I have one?" Before I even answer, and as I'm saying "Oh, actually there are only two left and my husband hasn't had any," he's opening and reaching into the box to grab a donut. I gave him a cupcake we had next to the donuts because I felt so awkward about the whole exchange. A minor issue compared to everything else, but still worth noting. I wanted to give Zerorez a chance to fix the mistakes before I left feedback/reviews, so I called multiple times. I was told that customer service couldn't do anything and that HR or the boss would call me back later that day. I received no call back that day, or the day after (today). I have had too many inconveniences and possible major expenses caused at this point. I have shared my experience with family and friends, and now will be sharing this post on all public review sites to warn people of the damage and unprofessionalism of this company. We will be examining the floor, and I will reach out to them again if we find any further damage."

"Steve from brilliant services showed up within a couple days to bid the project. He was informative and thorough. Very personable and had the bid to me same day. His company sent me a thorough bid along with a typed up contract of services to be provided and expectations. They had Mike at my house laying tile within a week. Mike was amazing. He did such a good job and worked extremely quickly. He finished the job by himself in two days. The difficult part was I had already started the project. Mike was able to work off of what I had started and made everything look amazing. I had several bids prior to these guys and I was extremely nervous to just bring anybody in to do tile work. In the state of Idaho the licensing process is minimal at best. Like Mike said there are Tile guys and people that just do tile. But the problem with tile is you don’t get any do overs. Once it’s laid the process to tear it up can cost more than the initial project. Home Depot bid me over 8k and that didn’t even include materials. These guys were a fraction of that cost. They have even been available for text or phone call questions even after the project has been completed. I grouted the tile myself and they have both been available for questions. I would highly recommend these guys for tile work for sure but I’m sure they handle all things in homes with amazing care and service! Matt"

"Cleaning job was subpar resulting in landlord withholding part of my deposit. Why would anyone want to pay $400 for a cleaning service that doesn’t clean? I specifically requested the refrigerator to be cleaned, baseboards to be wiped down, walls wiped down, etc. None of this was done, and the basic cleaning that was done was done very poorly. I would not hire this company again. When I called to give them the opportunity to correct their shoddy performance, the manager, Nick Thomas, told me they could come back and do a better job, but it would cost me more money. I’ve never been ripped off to this extent before in my life. This company cannot be trusted."
