"My 10 yr old front load LG washer would not drain and the drum would not spin. I looked on Angie's List and found and called Lane's Appliance Repair in the morning and left a message. My call was returned by Kathy shortly and I had someone at my house within 45 minutes. The problem was determined quickly. I was quoted a price for the repair. Walter had the replacement part in his van and repaired the damaged stator. He then made sure there was nothing else wrong (that it would drain) before he left. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and the entire process was quick and easy. Walter mentioned that they service all major appliances. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Over the phone, they took down the serial numbers for my appliances so they could look for the parts. At first Otto said he didn't want to buy the part for my oven because if it turned out not to be the problem, they wouldn't be able to return it. I let him know that I would like the oven to be repaired as quickly as possible. When he came out to the house, he said he decided to go ahead and purchase the part anyway as he was pretty confident that was the problem. He was correct and so the problem was fixed that day. It turned out that the part he bought for the icemaker wouldn't work, but he glued a piece that got the icemaker working and did not charge us for it. I was very impressed with the service and would definitely use them again in the future. <br />"
