"Nicholaus was great! So professional, punctual, always kept me in the loop while I was at work. It started with him just painting the fascia, but he noticed that my window frames needed peeled and repainted as well. He asked if I wanted that done too and I said absolutely! He went around my house and took off all the storm windows, peeled and sanded, and repainted them. He went to above and beyond what I had expected. He even power washed my entire house and washed my windows for no extra charge, removed my gutters and washed and replaced them better than they were before. It was about a 4 day job. "After initial consultation and proposal, the weather held and Ken was able to schedule the power washing.  The washer arrived on time, did a through job, and cleaned up after finishing.  The day the painting was scheduled, Ken arrived at 8:00 am with a large crew that went right to work replacing the siding that needed repair, installing the light blocks and taping the windows, doors etc.    The crew worked very efficiently and if they had any question they asked.  When the job was done, the crew cleaned up and we did a quick walk around inspection with Ken.  The next day we had a better chance to look at the job. We were very pleased, but noticed that the edges of the garage door, where it meets the weather stripping, had not been painted.  We called Ken and he himself came out one afternoon to paint that area.
Overall we are very happy with the work Ken did.

"After inspecting our foundation earlier, Q determined that we needed a sump pump (which we suspected). His quote was reasonable compared to others we had heard about, so we went ahead with it.
His team of three guys worked hard for two days digging drainage trenches and installing the pump in a couple of feet of standing water. We then had to wait about a week for the water to pump out and to dry out so a new vapor barrier and gravel could be added. This was done during a cold winter where it took longer for the area to thaw and dry out so the delay was kind of a bummer, but not at all Ethereal's fault.
When they returned, they were able to finish up in one day (so three days of work total) and cleaned up after themselves very well. The guys were pleasant and happy to answer questions during the work and Q was careful to follow up and check on the work. All in all a great group to work with as long as you're realistic about the work necessary and time involved."
