"James was OUTSTANDING! My father's house had not been steam cleaned or looked after for 20 years. When he moved into a condo and asked me to get the house ready to sell, I had a HUGE job in front of me with these floors. James assessed the project, gave a fair price and got straight to it. He was pleasant and helpful, gave advice on some materials that would help in my new house so cat hair etc. doesn't pile up. The carpets look brand new, the hair around baseboards is all gone and the house smells fresh and clean no chemical smell. He really went above and beyond in making sure I loved the outcome.
