"This is review is for the Fort Lauderdale office.While I was happy with the initial rodent trapping and proofing, I am quite unhappy with the office staff. I made an appointment for service, and no one showed up and no one called. When I called the office the day of the appointment, an office staff member told me that someone will come out by the end of that week or the next week. No one did come by Tuesday of the next week , and I did not receive a call or text. When I called back , I was told that my previous appointment was not valid, and no one will be able to come out for another three weeks. When I asked if someone could come out earlier because I had an initial earlier appointment, the young woman on the phone suggested that I use another business and would give me some recommendations for other pest removal services, which I found very rude and a very poor business practice.I also had some questions about my contract and asked to be transferred to a manager, and this young woman told me she couldn’t do that, and she couldn’t give me contact information about the manager—that it was against policy. These are very poor business practices. I don’t know if anyone will show for my appointment which is a whole month after my initial appointment and have no way to contact a manager. Also a delay in service increases the chances of the rodent problem reoccurring ."

We had two other quotes, his was the best price and the other company said we had the same possible problem that he did. "I'm posting my Complaint Description which I submitted to Better Business Bureau today Buyers Be Aware of this company please read bellow: Extort initial fee of service out of us and performed less than half of what was promised to what we paid for May 2nd, 2020 Service date. Hired this company to do outside pest control, initial clean-up outside which included knocking down spider webs, wasp nests. Bill sales rep promised to have his tech come over May 2nd, 2020 to do outside pest control spray and initial clean-up knocking down spider webs, wasp nest around home, eaves area, lanai and screen enclosure. Tech came in the morning May 2nd did quick spray and performed none of the initial clean-up as company promised. Their tech was in and out of our property in literally less than 7 minutes. Needless to say did nothing of the initial clean-up for what we paid $100 for. It's apparent this company involves in deceiving trade practices to lure in customers initially. At this time I've to rely on a leap of faith as to if the May 2nd outdoor bug-spray whether or not was performed with any integrity or competence at all. Needless to say would be naive for us to believe that it was. Since all the deceiving green shoots that Apex through our way to extort initial fee of service out of us which we paid via credit card before the work was performed and Apex performed less than half of what was promised to what we paid for (and by the way what was done was also performed with the incompetence of epic proportion); We asked Apex to refund $34 to our credit card for initial clean-up and they can keep $66 from $100 that we paid for outdoor spray/clean-up which I said I have no reason to believe given what I have seen that even mere a spray was done with any professionalism or competence. James from Apex replied on May 4th, 2020 that he would refund the money but then company still refuse to do so or even reply back to our 3 attempts to get status on the refund that they promised. I have all of this in writing as a proof of all of the events I mentioned above (emails and texts). I also have photos of the lack of work, professionalism and incompetency performed at our property on May 2nd by this company albeit in less than 7 minutes that their tech was here on our property. Please help us get our money back from this company that we paid for initial clean-up which they never honored. Thanks"
