When he it all back together, he discovered that the problem was fixed by drying the components.IA few days later, I found that the ice dispenser wasn't working when it had been before the initial problem. Jeff came back, pulled the motor and left it to dry, suggesting that we could put it back in a day or two. He was in the neighborhood the next day, however, and came over to put it back together. It worked and now all is well. That was an additional $80 charge which I was very happy to pay. <br /> I highly recommend this repair shop. From my first phone call with Allison to Jeff's visits to my house, I felt like they paid attention to the problem I described and did what was necessary to fix it without any wasted time or money. I'm particularly happy that he didn't just throw parts at the fridge, but made the effort to find the problem and resolve it. I certainly will use them again. <br />"

Mark took the time to level the installation platform, corrected a deficiency in the seismic strapping, and installed the new heater to code. He also went down in the crawl space to show me the location of the anti-sweat mixing valve that is defective and will need replacing. Very friendly and easy to work with."

"Gary was reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. Samsung sent him after my tv needed a new panel replacement (my tv was brand new so it was still under warranty). Gary looked at it and immediately recognized that I needed a new panel. He explained how the process will go and he communicated with Samsung himself. After a week or so, he received the panel and set up a time for the work. He even can outside his work hours to work around my work schedule to install my new panel. Overall, it was a great service. They went over all the 'how to' information with me & actually took time to show me & have me try everything. They were good. It was a very positive experience. "Water heater was replaced on Friday morning and everything was fine. ?The technicians were respectful, efficient and personable. ?Saturday morning I discovered that the connecting pipe to the water heater had cracked shooting water everywhere and flooding my laundry room. ?I called and Mike took the call and on the phone talked me through shutting the water off. ?Within the hour he was at my house to assess what had happened and made the necessary repairs and I had a water heater back in just a few hours. ?Unfortunately the pilot went out and I wasn't able to restart it later in the day, I guess it was just too wet. ?I called back and explained the situation and to my delight and surprise rather than talk me through what to do Mike drove back out to my house to make sure the water heater pilot was lit. ?If you want excellent customer service you can not go wrong with this company. ?I will definitely use them in the future for any heating or plumbing issues. ?"
