"Franklin was very professional. He and his crew showed up when he said they would, they were very quick and proficient. Franklin explained everything that I needed to know about the process of building the deck. He is very knowledgeable, very communicative, and very respectful. I would recommend southern decks to anyone looking for deck builds. Give them a call for your next deck build!"

"Moises repaired columns on my porch and painted both. He also repaired some window frames and painted them. He installed new cut off valves for my washer and fixed my shower valve in the bathroom. He needed a piece to fix the shower and had to come back a few days later."

"Professional workmanship, ethical experience-based evaluation, exceptional customer service. Evans LLC, Inc. quickly responded to our request on “Angie’s” and asked for photos. Within 48hrs. a project manager arrived, patiently discussed our needs/concerns and made recommendations. He left us with a chart to select a paint colors. Our deck was restored using new wood in affected areas rather than totally replaced as some companies had suggested. Water damage on the bottom of an entry door frame was repaired rather than replaced. Kudos to Evan’s expert carpenter/painter. Our gutters and garage door glowed after pressure washing rather than painting. We decided to repaint our front porch railings and columns; a few years ago a previous painter did a poor job. We are pleased by our exceptional experience with Evans LLC, Inc. and are eager to “pass the word” to our family and friends."

"I was referred by Angie's List for welders in my area. I spoke with Richard Arnold (owner) and he contacted me for a custom repair for my lawnmower's front-end wheel repair. He arrived as agreed and made a great 2-3 inch repair for me. It was the best service I ever experienced and the price was great as well."

"Surv Nashville was very easy to work with. Tom and Joe were polite, professional, and did good work. A time or 2 we had to make sure we were on the same page, but it all worked out well. Danny did his best to make sure I was happy before they closed out the job. I would highly recommend this company."

"I hired him to do some drywall and repairs on my deck. He was professional on time and met all my expectations and Actually called me back. I felt he went out of his way to make me happy. That's hard to find with small projects"
