"You can still get occasional bugs with any pest control company. The biggest difference for us is customer service. I have been using Pest Solutions for over a year. Their customer service is better than any other I have used. We had an ant problem in the kitchen. They came out in 48 hours. Two days later, I notified them the ants were back. The owner of the company came out himself and did the most thorough treatment I have ever seen. No more ants. I give them my highest recommendation. I often ask people "Is this someone you would want taking care of your elderly mother?" The answer is absolutely yes."

It was clear what KPWR was going to do and what it would cost. The cost was reasonable and the work was done for that price—no extras or add-ons. KPWR showed itself to be a business of competence and integrity. I recommend them highly for any animal removal need!"

"I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it’s safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it’s not the case. I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would say I’d get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, they’ve lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would."

"I received a one-time service for a termite problem at my home - Charged over $700 for the one-time service. I did NOT sign nor even verbally agree to a monthly contract + to my surprise of course I receive a bill stating otherwise. I have been reaching out the company multiple times via phone + chat yet NO ONE seems to respond. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I can't even receive a simple response. And how do you charge for a contract I did not agree or sign for. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - They are a fraud charging you for something you did not agree to."
