"Mack and Aaron were both EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgable, professional, polite and concerned about cleaniness (and we appreciated all those postive characteristics!). Really excellent professionals who serviced our furnance and installed a new thermostat that is really nice. We cannot recommend Schaal highly enough and Mack and Aarson were really, really good to work with. If you are seeing this and considering an HVAC company, there is no other choice than Schaal! (We have used Schaal since the early 1990s and always been totally pleased with their service, technicians and people who answer the phones!)."

"Loose faucet base at kitchen sink. Tried to sell me on the idea that tightening from underneath wouldn?t last. It would probably come loose again. Might be cheap faucet or defective. I didn?t buy any of his theories. Totally not willing to pay for new ?better quality? faucet and installation for a gigantic price tag."

"They were timely and responsive. Once they arrived, they were very professional. They explained everything they were doing while they were doing it. They were also able to get our sewer line cleared quickly. Their pricing was also very competitive. "Lamont was very complete with his work and explained as he went along. I would recommend and request him again. The only thing was it seemed the people who came before him could have had equipment he needed ahead of time. First day they had to leave early because some steel pipes or beams were not right size and another person had to go get and couldn t get til next day. Seems like that could have been done before Lamont and his helper got there. Other than that it went well."
