"The owner of Atlas Foundations assessed my 75 year old home that had a wet basement with every rain since I purchased it in 2020. I compared his recommendation to 4 other foundation repair companies and chose to go with Atlas for their fair price, knowledge on the matter, good reviews & responsiveness. Although I could not wait to get this repair behind me so I could settle into my home completely, reduce mold exposure and not come home from work after a rainy day to shop vac water from the floor, I dreaded this week long repair. The foreman, James Watson and his crew showed up every day on time or early, patiently answered any and all of my questions, accommodated my smallest requests and made this stressful home repair go smoothly. My project included exterior excavation, exterior drain placement and carbon fiber straps inside. I admit that I am a picky clean freak and they guys did a nice job cleaning up behind themselves and were respectful of my property. I thoroughly interviewed 4 other foundation companies most of whom could get to my costly job "pretty quickly." Atlas had a 4 month wait and I am glad I waited. In my opinion, Woods Basement System, and Helitech Waterproofing are high pressure young sales people who want to "patch" a foundation issue rather than resolve it. Danneger & Son's Foundation was my next choice based on experience & reputation, but they wanted to charge TWICE what Atlas Foundations did. And the good news is, it rained for a week after Atlas Foundations did my repair & I have not had 1 drop of water in my basement. Thank you Atlas Foundations, Mike, Kim & James and crew!"

I don't recall the date this occurred, but it was not July 2015, but the format requires a date.  In any event, I was concerned about a foundation problem, and Roberts sent a representative out who inspected inside and outside and advised that while he would love to have found a problem that would have involved an expensive repair, he could not do so because he saw no foundation problem.  He was as honest as the day is long, extraordinarily polite and gave considerable supporting statements as to his determination.  I really appreciated his integrity.

"Quacker's Waterproofing was wonderful. When they came for the estimate, they were fast and no nonsense. They weren't trying to convince me of things that needed doing or dramatizing the work for more money. When I had questions about the work, they didn't make me feel dumb but took extra time out of their day so that I had peace of mind with my foundation. He was efficiently thorough -taking measurements, photos, gutter and downspout etc. He presented a preliminary summary and we look for to his final evaluation and plan for resolving our issues."

"It went perfect. Gary and his crew are our go to contractors for everything. They have done work on our house and landscape many times. I would trust them with everything. My kitchen pipe under the sink rusted out on New Years Eve one time. I called Gary and he was at our house and went to Home Depot just before it closed, for the parts and fixed it that night. "The quality and workmanship of the installation crew was very professional . The customer service people were also very god to work with. One issue was the installation crew did not speak English, communication we a bit difficult. The crew did not leave watering instructions when they left. After leaving on a 1 night business trip I returned to several brown areas in the front lawn. During my absence i had automatic timers watering each section of the lawn for 30 minutes every 6 hours during daylight hours. When i noticed the browning areas I called for watering instructions which were sent by entail. I began following their instructions and the spots continued to get worse. I called for a service call and the technician called me after looking at the lawn (i was away on business). He informed me I was watering the lawn way to much, when pressed for a rough estimate on what percentage would recover I was told 30%. I was told to water each section every day for 20 minutes early in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon."
