The shower is beautiful, bathtub luxurious, and tile work is absolutely stunning. They obviously take a lot of pride in their work. We are so glad we found them to do our bathroom remodel. "

"This company absolutely sucks!!! They will not stop harassing me with phone calls. They've called about 15 times, and I've told them each and every time that i no longer need help. And they won't stop!!! I had to report them to angis list. I would have reported them to BBB but they dont seem to exist anywhere except here and some website called Houzz where their account is suspended. I dont think this is a real company. Beware!!!!!"

"I had a walk-in shower with teakwood bath seat installed about 6 months ago. I noticed a couple of cracks in the wood. I contacted Jacuzzi and they were prompt to replace it. The service person (Chuck) was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me a cleaning instruction sheet for future reference. He also showed me how the back of the seat pulls off so you can clean behind it. I'm not sure why they didn't tell me that when it was installed. Having said that, I am happy with the service I received from Jacuzzi. "

They were so professional when they were in the house and kept the entire area contained. I always assumed a renovation would be stressful, but it was not at all. Picking out the materials and fixtures was even fun! The entire team was great and they were exactly on time to the week. They were very responsive to any questions. "Bath Fitter did an amazing job upgrading our shower. We had tile, but we were having so many problems with cracks in the tile and the grout cracking and causing leaks that we were recaulking every 6 months, to the point the shower became unusable. Bath Fitter gave us a competitive quote. The install took a full day. The shower is a larger custom size but they handled it like pros. They knocked out all the tile and green board down to the studs, took out the original flooring, reworked the plumbing, then went to work installing everything. They got done late in the evening but the shower looked amazing. We had to wait a few days for the caulk to cure, and we waited a full week just to make sure it was fully set, but we loved it right away. We chose the Delta 2 in 1 Hydrorain shower head and instantly loved it. The best part? Our shower no longer leaks! Very happy with Bath Fitter’s work."

"Installed electric, insulation, and OSB plywood in our 14x24 storage shed. Very well done. Tapped into the breaker box in the garage for power. Worked in any weather conditions necessary and very courteous. Workers were timely and skilled. Did not leave a mess and stayed on task. Finished in a timely manner. I would use this company again if we needed some work done. Cost seemed to be pretty reasonable considering the fluctuation in prices. for material and inflation at the time. Some of the nicest people I?ve ever met. I?m glad we used them. Job well done."
