A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "The service received from this company was top notch. From the initial contact and estimate from Jake Calvert (project manager) to the finished job, everything went well. Our specific job entailed 3 phases at different times. Carpentry work, gutter work and flat roof tear off and reinstall. All 3 crews who did the work were very courteous and professional.
