The service person (Chuck) was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me a cleaning instruction sheet for future reference. He also showed me how the back of the seat pulls off so you can clean behind it. I'm not sure why they didn't tell me that when it was installed. Having said that, I am happy with the service I received from Jacuzzi."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
