"Lovely to deal with and well priced. From initial consultation to project completion, Ideal Siding's communication was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you Ideal, you did a great job repairing and replacing our gutters"

"My husband and I reached out to the company to repair some rotten boards we discovered on the exterior of the house. We spoke to David who was extremely responsive and quick to set up our services. The crew came a couple days later right at the time they said, the repairs are great quality, and everyone we interacted with was polite and kind. I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them for a bigger job in the future!"

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

Joe, our salesperson, spent a lot of time with us and even provided a 3D image of what our house would look like once completed. Tawana and Lisa promptly answered any questions brought to them. The installation team, Jose' and his crew were wonderful and did an excellent job. The guys that installed the gutters also did a great job. Our overall experience was excellent. Our home is just beautiful!"
