"They did an excellent job on the vinyl siding on my house. Marylou was always available when needed and would call me to make sure I was happy with the work that was being done. Even after the job was done and paid for Marylou would still answer the phone or call right back and sent some one out immediately to fix a few little issues. Would highly recommend this company."

"If you are looking for quality material and craftmanship from a company that you can trust - look no further than Sensible Home Products. It is Jeremy's vision, down to earth nature, and quality materials that sold me. He transformed my 70s looking house into a modern work of art. We had aluminum siding and cedar panels replaced with Vinyl Siding and Vinyl shakes, replaced the gutters, garage door, back door and installed shutters. There were 6 companies that we met with and 5 of them wanted to just overlay the old siding. Jeremy was the only one that was on board with me to remove all the existing siding and had the idea to redesign the front of the house by removing the wood boxes that surrounded each of the front windows. Putting his ideas to life was not an easy feat as his crew ran into several obstacles: removing wood attached by glue, stucco was under some of the siding making attaching the siding and shutters difficult, bees and birds nests under the wood and water damage in the back of the house. He kept me up to date daily on the work done and put me at ease on the problems that were uncovered. Never once was I told that the problem could not be solved. I can't thank him and his crew enough for replacing all the damaged wood and supporting beam rotted from the water damage in the back. Without their carpentry skills, honesty and attention to detail I would have had to deal with fixing the siding again in a few years as the wall would start to fall apart. Jeremy always made sure I was happy with the work and answered any questions I had. Adding the shutters was a last minute decision to further enhance the look of the house - it really made it all come together. I am so happy I went with Sensible Home Products. We love our 'new' house!!!!!"

"Excellent guys to work with. They provided a written quote with no surprises. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job - completely professional. They even replaced some guttering which was not part of the quote when, while on siding install. I would highly recommend them."

"We hired Better Homes and Siding to install new windows and vinyl siding. We are very pleased with the materials they used and the quality of the craftsmanship of the contractors who did the install. Every person from the company that weâ ve been in contact with, from the owner Mary Lou to the installer Kenny has been completely professional. We will be using them again and would highly recommend."

"Mr. Cowan may be the most honest and trustworthy contractor I’ve ever worked with. After feeling bamboozled by contractor after contractor over a siding issue we were being told could only be remedied by a full vinyl siding install, Marc shot me straight and we were able to repair a few small areas to save our existing siding and saved tens of thousands of dollars. He was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. I wouldn’t consider hiring anyone except him for future projects."

"I was very impressed with David's responsiveness and every member of his crew was a pleasure. They completely removed the kitchen floor (and several layers of subfloor) in my 100+ year-old home, made repairs to floor joists and installed new flooring that looks beautiful. It was an evolving project and I appreciated the team's flexibility and speed with which they completed the project."

"We used Home Genius Exteriors to replace some siding on our home. It was a great experience from start to finish --- beginning with the estimator using drone footage to show us areas that needed to be replaced. We found the prices to be competitive with other companies in the area and they were able to schedule the work at our convenience, which was nice. On the day of the job, the team arrived promptly and worked hard throughout the day. At one point it seemed like it would turn into a two-day job due to extra materials needed, but fortunately they were able to run out and get the materials. They worked up until the very last minutes of daylight to ensure that the job was completed on schedule and cleaned all the scraps/waste from our yard and driveway before leaving. We would definitely use Home Genius Exteriors again!"

"Siding and gutter work was performed. Installers did an excellent job. All questions were answered promptly and completely understandable. End of the day cleanup was performed daily. Would recommend their services to anyone asking. The finished job is always getting compliments from passersby. I am extremely happy with the finished product. Project managers were always on top of things. Thank you Home Genius."

"Roofing its something no home owner ever wants to do, but most have to go through. I won't even lie I wasn't even planning on getting a new roof, but Dale Knocked on my door and thats where the process started. My roof did go through insurance & aside from signing paper work/paying my deductible A1 handled everything. Obviously specific details from the insurance goes to you and then given to A1. Its not a short process and there is paperwork you have to sign, but all In all it did take me about 4 to 5 months where the process was started to roof replacement. Dale handled interactions with showing my the conditions of my roof and how to go about getting it put through the insurance. The only hiccup was that I have solar panels and I did feel like they where taken down to early (almost 5 months off), but I made my concerns known and one of the Managers called me and credited me $500 bucks (100 per month) that the panels where off. They did tell me setbacks in productions and things happen, but made me happy by giving me this credit. Didn't fight me on it, and didn't make me feel like I was just an insurance check on the other end. You can trust A1 home improvement with your home. I would like to thank Dale for his work & all the others that helped me throughout one of the most stressful process there can be for a house."

"Out initial meeting with Nu-Face was during the free estimate phase. The representative who visited our house was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and clearly communicated all of the project details to us of what we could expect, if we chose Nu-face as our siding contractor. We received a project estimate within 2 days, and after reviewing multiple quotes, we decided that Nu-Face would be the contractor to perform the siding work. After we informed them of our decision, Joe (owner) contacted us to schedule a visit to our home to meet with us a few weeks later, to review everything and sign the contract. During Joe’s visit with us, we walked the house perimeter as he discussed the entire process involved, explaining how they would install the siding and trim at the various locations – windows, doors, corners, roof facias and soffits, light fixtures, outlets, etc.…. Joe made sure that all of our project questions were answered before we signed the contract that day. When the project began, the Nu-face crew was outstanding in their work execution and professionalism. Care was taken to protect our landscaping, and within a week they had completed the siding project, and our home now has a brand- new look. We are extremely please with how the Nu-Face team performed. From the siding crew to Ruth in the office, Mark the Project Manager, and finally Joe, they all kept us very informed during the project. Thank you, Nu-Face team, for the great siding work on our home and giving it the much-needed new look it has now."
