"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"Excellent Service. Mr. Knox communicated everything up front and was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure that my elderly mother's roof was repaired properly. From start to finish I would give him an A+ on all facets of his communication and the company's workmanship. Go with them, you won't be disappointed."

"Very pleased with all work performed as noted above. Contractor was punctual, work performed satisfactorily and in accordance with contract. All contractor personnel were personable. Project Manager Jeremy readily available and very cooperative with us, addressed all of our questions or concerns which we greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this contractor for roofing needs."

"John was prompt with his quote and began this project as agreed. Crew was professional and the quality of the workmanship was excellent! I would definitely recommend this provider to anyone who is needing new or to replace existing siding."

"Fantastic company to work with! The installation team was very professional and friendly, and the install went much quicker than expected. The owner, Dan, was very responsive to our questions and helped us make the right choices for our needs without any high-pressure sales tactics. We are very happy with the quality of the finished product, and will be using them again when we replace the remaining older windows in our home."

"everything went well but the painter forgot to paint the other side of the living room door and kitchen door. they also messed up my microwave i had to buy a new one also i had to call electrician to have my outside light's reset again because one of the painters touch it so they can have lights on."

"I had an excellent experience with Steel Valley Roofing and Siding. They responded very quickly to my request for a quote, and provided pictures of the roof as well as a comprehensive and very affordable estimate. The work was scheduled immediately upon my approval of the job, and was completed in one day. It looks fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Steel Valley Roofing and Siding to anyone!"

"Jodie Machen is an outstanding workman and job manager. Our home is a old steel-baron era mansion from 1929. It needed a new roof and significant association flashing work. Jodie Machen was the perfectionist I was looking for. Not only did he do an immensely careful job, but he was thorough in his communication with me throughout, calling to touch base not just on formal aspects of the job, but also on convenience questions. His personal presence on the job made sure that his standards translated to his work crew, and together they presented a polite and professional group who I felt very happy to have around my little kids. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company! As an aside, Jodie Machen also fixed a difficult plumbing problem for us, so I suppose he would be great for other similar work as well!"

"The crew arrived, moved the items that needed to be moved and began to tear out the damaged surfaces (damaged walls, wood and flooring) .

They put up new drywall (mold resistant) where necessary, and painted the remaining surfaces.

The last task was to pour the epoxy floor with the color I had picked ... they matched all the chosen colors exactly as I asked!

What a refreshingtly different experience!
