"Work started to replace the roof which meant removing the cedar shakes. This makes a mess but they were great about protecting the interior and cleaning up. In the course of the roof repair Eric identified the water leak as cracks in the chimney. The entire 98 year old chimney and fireplace were replaced, excellent workmanship. Next on that was replacing the crumbing steps to the side entrance and changing the layout so that you could walk to the back or front of the house. Then a siding job with Hardie Plank cement siding was decided upon. One day into the job Eric discussed the need to change the work to include stripping all the old siding, putting down new plywood, then the siding. Now into winter weather I can say that the previous drafts inside the house during windy weather are no longer present. The house is much more comfortable. The siding work was excellent, the house looks like new. Finally it was recommended to have stone placed below the siding instead of the painted cement wall. That and redoing the patio and walkway with bluestone were done. Masonry work is outstanding. In summary I would definitely recommend this company. Eric has good ideas, is quick to recognize if changes are needed. You can expect quality workmanship done in a timely manner. If you have questions Eric will get back to you quickly. I would like to add that they are very good about clean-up when the job is done."

"Dionis and team installed 4 sky lights a few months ago. It took about 2 weeks after our deposit for the skylights to be ready for installation, which is what Dionis told us to expect. While they were prepping the roof for the skylights, they saw water damage on the roof. This was not a surprise to us as the roof was due to be replaced. He gave a good rate to do the roof while doing the sky lights and within a week the roof and skylights were completed. The team was respectful of our property. It has been a few months now. We are happy with the Supreme skylights and glad we did the roof. No more leaks (the original problem that prompted replacing the skylights) and the view from the skylights looks great."

"This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. Unfortunately when Eric and the crew began replacing the skylights they observed severe rot in the shingles and in the wood under the shingles. Eric showed me all the evidence of the rot and we agreed that I had to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Once I got over the shock of the unexpected cost, I agreed to have the work done. The next day Royal Pro had a crew of about 10 people beginning the work. The crew did the job in two days. They took care to move all the outdoor furniture and plant and covered my deck and driveway. They brought in the dumpster and off to work they went. And while on the roof the crew took care of various odds and ends at no additional cost. "I asked them to honor their five-year warranty when their cement was falling apart after two years, they agreed, but then they backed out and now they have just told me to leave them alone and stop texting them. You cannot trust this company. They'll give you a 5 year warranty because they know they have no intention of honoring it. I have been calling and texting this company for months. I had to harass them to get a text from them. Then they insisted I show them the contract before they would honor it. I would think they have a copy. Fortunately, we have the contract and I sent them a copy. We paid $4000 for the exceptionally crappy work they did at my house. They gave us a 5 year warranty in writing, but now refuse to honor it and used the excuse that they don't have enough workers to do the work and they are only willing to refund $2500 of the $4000 I paid for them to make everything look horrible.
