"The company, LLC Cover All Exteriors, were on time, did a great job on the roof as well as the torch down on my porch roof. The debris was cleaned and removed. There was a small problem with the torch down porch roof twice, which can happen when dealing with water. However, with no questions asked the company sent the crew out immediately and effectively reconciled both issues. I am now using that same company to install windows. "I am so happy with my walk-in shower!! I had a huge whirlpool tub removed (circa 1989). Focal Point removed the tub and did the plumbing work. This is important because other companies I spoke to didn't do the plumbing and wanted me to have it done! I'm not going to pay a lot of money for a remodel AND be the project manager too, LOL. My bathroom looks amazing. David and his assistant were amazing! David went over everything that was going to be done and answered my questions along the way. The work took two days as they said it would. The office staff were great too. I want to thank Zach, Evan, Zed, Ginger, Austin and others for being so helpful with working out the schedule with me.
