When we realized that the log home provider failed to sent the complete package (two sets of stairs were missing) Brian was able to resolve the problem by contacting the log home provider and a local lumber company and get the stairs made and delivered locally and had it billed to the log home company. I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew I had a great crew on my side. Made the homebuilding project a good experience."
