When looking for someone to install it I was referred to Jophil by a real estate company that I know. I called and was given a time that Kyle would arrive to give an estimate and perform the installation (if the estimate was accepted). I did accept the estimate and Kyle got right to work. He did a nice job and made sure that everything was in good working order before he left. I was very pleased with my first experience with this company and would not hesitate to call on them again in the future."

"Our furnace broke during one very cold night during January 2014.  They tried their best to diagnose the issue over the phone, but came to look once it was clear that it was not a small issue.  They diagnosed the problem quickly, but we had to wait about four days while a part arrived.  They kept us informed, and also kept us warm with space heaters (that worked surprisingly well).  
When the water overflow tank was daignosed as broken, again they were very responsive and good about keeping us informed about when they could fix it.
I don't really know if the price they charged was good or not - we really did not take the time to shop around."
