"Anthony gave by far the best price and offered the same or more as other roofing companies that I had spoken with. I was honestly shocked at the price difference. "Tom & his crew did an outstanding job! They were very professional, personable, courteous and efficient. When I first contacted him, he came out promptly, discussed the job in detail and quoted a very reasonable price. Once the work commenced, the roof was replaced in one day except for an hour of follow up the following morning. My wife and I were extremely pleased and also planned on having him replace a roof on our rental property at a later date. When the job was completed, Tom suggested that we replace the gutters and also added that they don't do gutter work. I agreed with Tom and contacted another contractor to replace my gutters. When the gutter contractor started their work, they pointed out a potential problem and suggested I discuss it with the roofer before they continue the job. Once done, they would come back and complete the gutters. I agreed and contacted Tom. Over the course of over two weeks Tom & I sporadically exchanged phone calls. He explained that he was busy which is completely understandable and that he would get back to me and check out the problem. He did not return phone calls as promised nor did he take the time to check out the potential problem. Therefore, we had the gutters completed without his input. Since we were so pleased with the roof installation this was a disappointment to us. Despite this, I would use Storm Roofing again and I will continue to recommend them. I'm just sorry he couldn't take a half hour out of his time and check out a possible problem for us."
