"It went very well. This is a family owned business. Bob Waters was very knowledgeable and was on site every day. The crew drove an hour and a half each way to get to our home and back. They worked VERY hard, cleaned up every day, and did a stellar job. We now have no concerns about water coming in to our basement, which was important since we plan on having a room built in half of the basement. Bob had walked around outside the home, but felt that digging up around the outside was not necessary. It took a week and one day, and was on time and on schedule.
