"We have been using Tom and his team for several weeks now. We have been delighted with their quality work and attention to detail. Some areas, that have been, shall we say, neglected over the years, don't get totally done in one visit, but have been improving with each visit (our master bath shower, for example, which has been looking fairly awful the last few years, maybe doesn't need to be replaced after all -- who knew it would look so nice with some work?). My wife loves coming home to a clean house every two weeks! Only ding is that they sometimes take a day or two to get back to us by email when we have a question, but it's never impacted anything. and not enough of a deal to drop their grade at all. "I took the one original seat that I had over to their store in York.  They sent it out to have a new wooden seat bottom made for the one chair and two round, well padded naugahyde seat covers made in an accent color to match my new home.  They called a couple of weeks after I took them there and I went over to pick them up.  They looked beautiful and I brought them home and they fit into the chairs perfectly and look lovely.  I did think though that the price was quite expensive considering the size of the two small cushions that were made, but as they did such a nice job of making up the cushions, I am quite pleased with them, the set looks like brand new again.  I recommend them if you want a nice job done and don't mind a fairly high price. <br />"
