"Joe came out and "water jetted" the pipe from the downhill end and removed a bunch of tree roots. Ran water through and figured it was fixed. Heavy rain over the weekend and some water still backed up into the garage. He came back again on Tuesday and used a camera from the garage end and found another partial clog and removed it. Very professional, timely, courteous... took responsibility (even though it wasn't his fault)... great job, nice guy."

They came to our house two times and answered all our questions and concerns before an investment agreement was signed. "i was very impressed with Cory.  He treated me extremely well.  When he was running late for my appointment he called to keep me informed and eventually had to reschedule for the next day.  The next day he was on time and he cleaned out my sewer line which was a very difficult task.  I had some followup concerns with the drain pipe under the basement.  He returned and did not charge me to ensure that was flowing smoothly.  i would definitely hire him again.
