"Rich responded w a phone call the very next day after I posted our plumbing needs. Our job requirements were small, so he was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He was on time for our appointment and fixed our toilet issues, out door faucet issues and found a noticed a new problem with our washing machine shut off valves that just started to leak.Our kitchen faucet he said needed to be replaced as it couldnâ t be tightened or repaired. He tried to find a replacement locally but couldnâ t find the brushed nickel we needed. So, we ordered one on line and he made arrangements to return to install it and fix our washing machine shut off valves. He does charge $175.00/hr but that is for 2 guys. I do think heâ s expensive but what tradesman isnâ t? Very happy w his service. 5 star recommendation!"

"Could not be happier with the install of our new propane system. They were very easy to work with Quinn answered all my questions Doug and Bernie and I forget the other guys name were a pleasure to have in my house. They did the work and the Quoted amount of time. They handled all the inspections and permits with the town. Extremely happy with the level of service and would recommend to anybody looking for heating needs. Edit from 2 years ago?. The company still has not picked up old water heater and boiler. Have called a number of times to get this done. Vicki is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Rude. Has zero phone skills. Should really look into finding a new person to answer the phones. She was basically yelling at me for asking, follow up questions. And when I I said, why are you yelling? She said so you would know if I was yelling at you. But she definitely was yelling. I really hope those phone calls are recorded. They?ve got their money. So obviously the customer service ha"
