However, he dropped one of his tools on my floor and cracked one of my ceramic tiles in the bathroom. When I asked him about repair he said: "Unfortunately i don't do tile it's not one of my strong suits." He said he would "ask some people ik and i'll let u know". That was November 5 and today is November 25th. I have not heard from him."
