"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Earlier today, I woke up to a homeowner nightmare with a freezer that had gone out with food defrosting and hundreds of dollars melting away in front of my eyes. As my husband transferred the contents of the freezer into coolers with ice for interim storage, I called in a panic looking for help. Initially, I was told they were unsure if someone could arrive same day but they would do their best. When I called for an update, they had no one confirmed. I then received a call and technicians were en route. Two men arrived and efficiently and professionally addressed my problem in short order. I came to find out at the end of the appointment that one of the gentleman was actually the owner who understood our plight and came out himself as there were no additional available workers. "Excellent job. Pre-Sales engineer was excellent. He provided guidance on the sizing of the units and the best brand to use. He answered all questions very promptly and made multiple visits to the house to ensure the system that was the best for us was selected. The Installers were excellent. They worked extremely hard, and effectively removed a very heavy Lennox pulse furnace. The install work was very professional. The intake and exhaust vents were set up properly and the drain lines are very neat. I liked their use of pea gravel for the AC unit to ensure that it was properly leveled. They completed a very big job in 1 day. They had all of the right materials to do the job correctly and they started the work right on time. The AC unit works very well (not cold enough to fully check out the furnace yet). Len's partnered with Home Depot on this and it was a top-notch install."
