"We had a difficult time getting them to return our calls to schedule the insulation, when they finally did put us on the schedule they didn't really stick to the schedule. They kept pushing us back and didn't come when they said they would but they did end up finishing by the end of that same week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Apparently, they were having trouble with a spray gun when they were there and the worked performed was very sloppy, they missed a few spots and they also sprayed our interior shower wall completely shut so we couldn't get to the valves to hook up the water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When we called to discuss our issues it was around 5:30 or 6 in the evening and we were impressed that both the salesman and the scheduler called us back that night to discuss our issues and assured us that they would take care of everything....and they did. The guy that came back to correct our issues did a great job and even cleaned up a lot of the sloppiness from before and made it look a lot nicer. They also cleared the spray foam from the shower valves so we could get the water lines connected. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />So, we did get off to kind of a disappointing start with them but they ended up doing everything that they said they would and definitely came back and took care of any issues that we had so because of that we would use them again and would also recommend them to others. Everyone has problems occasionally, it's how you take care of those issues that matter. <br />"

"I had my kitchen remodeled by another contractor, very poor job, didn't measure right and things just didn't fit, left stuff undone! I just wanted him out of my house! I met a lady that told me she just loved her kitchen, I told her that what I wanted to say, she gave me his card,and so I called, so happy I did! Jason came right over and looked at it and gave me a price, so very willing to make everything okay and to please his customer, Jason and Chad did a great job, we are so very grateful! I will for sure use Catlin Construction again! I can now say I love my kitchen too! "Bruce showed us his portfolio on our initial meeting and we were very impressed.  He explained the work to be performed and we signed the contract.  During his teardown of the bathroom and wall he found floor joists that were in need of repair.  He also noticed that the ceilings should be done to match and that the electrical needed to be brought up to code.  He send us an estimate and we agreed to the new work.  The additional work was completed on time and we were impressed. <br />"
