Adam was professional, kept us informed, workmanship was excellent and it was a pleasure to work with him.His employees obviously take pride in their work. "We recently had an “old school” original 1970’s Cape Cod kitchen fully remodeled including adding a slider. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

"We were looking to renovate just the shower section of a custom bathroom that was done 16 years ago. We went to the Bay State Bath showroom, as like so many others, we saw all the commercials, so we wanted to check them out. We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, and are so happy with the way the new shower features blend in with the existing flooring and cabinetry. Five stars to the entire team, from start to finish!"

Our bathroom remodel was completed with lightning speed which we really appreciated! The kitchen remodel was also speedy. They worked with our requirements for smaller than usual appliances, finding, and even building, cabinets to fit our small kitchen space. Everyone who worked on our projects were very professional, wearing masks and keeping windows open even in the winter months. We're very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom!"

"Final bathroom looks excellent. The team was easy to work with and friendly. Work start date was delayed due to damaged shower unit, which was ordered and arrived broken. Once shower stall arrived, work went fairly quickly although there were some pauses. They were really good at the end working through punch list of unfinished items. Our job didn't have some of the details worked out at the beginning so we had to rethink some of it on the fly. The final result is an amazing transformation. <br />"
