"Highly recommend Joe! 30 yr old boiler died, leaving us with no hot water. Joe quickly came and provided quote for boiler and new Indirect water tank which we wanted replaced. His price was a lot more reasonable than other quotes I got. also was able to get project done the same week as quote where others were scheduling 1 to 2 weeks out. despite the supply house delivering the boiler late ( Joe stayed in contact advising progress) He still was able to complete the work when he said he would. Top notch guy, Fair and honest. finished project looks great and works as advertised! Have more work for him to do"

"Excellent service. I had a sump pump system put in 10 years ago by Rescon. Never had any problems with it, worked great. This weekend with all the rain the pump stopped working. I called there emergency line and a service technician called me back in less than an hour. They were at my house in less the 2 hours fixing my pump. They did charge me an emergency dispatch fee for the service call but I guess that s expected on a weekend. Overall it was excellent service and I am very happy I chose this company."

"When they called (after I assume HomeAdvisor contacted them), I was told it would cost $89 to come out to give me an estimate. I had no problem with that but tried to get some rough estimate on how much a straightforward replacement of faucet would cost - but no estimate. When the plumber arrived, he first tried to get me to join some membership in order to get some percentage reduction in the cost (but I still had no idea of that cost). Bottom line was that the cost was over $600 for one hour of work. I will add that the plumber did an excellent job so I have no issues with their work. It is more about how they charge for their work. Next time, I will either find someone that is willing to charge by the hour or is willing to provide free estimates."
