"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"

"I compared their price to Lowes and thought that I got a very good price for the size of the window needed.  One of the windows came in broken and it was a month or two before they came back and brought the new window to replace it.  The initial contact was all very good but the follow up was not very good.  It seemed to just fall through the cracks, we had to call a couple of times.  They seem surprised that it did fall through the cracks. "

"It took a few or so to schedule, partly due to bad weather, but once started they did a very nice job- the gutters look great, and they installed splash guards without our asking.  They are wide and have worked fine even in heavy rains.  Only small complaint is that they didn't check their own work- the roof edge curves inwards along one face, and some of the nails barely made it into the wood. At some point I should climb a ladder and re-nail them properly (this is on a lower roofline; presumably/hopefully the one at 40 ft is fine).  But all have stayed in place and worked fine. If we decide to add more gutters I'll call them again. <br />"

"They came to the house at our request to give an estimate for window installation. The demo was quite convincing as to the quality of their product. The quality seems to be quite high and in line with what they promised. The price seems a bit high, but I feel that as in most things you get what you pay for, so the money we spent is not a great concern. The sales pitch was pretty aggressive which could cause some to agree to something that they really don't want or can't afford. We are not easily pushed around by sales people so we recognized the pitch for what it was and concentrated on the product itself. After installation, one of the windows developed a crack in one corner. The company came out quickly, assessed the situation and initiated a replacement. The replacement came within a relatively short time and since that time there have been no complaints about this product. Since installation, we have noticed that it is significantly quieter in the house and much easier to heat and cool the place. After all is said and done, the product delivers what it is advertised to do albeit at a relatively high initial cost. We would use this company again, but in the future I would attempt to negotiate the price because I feel that we did pay the very top of the market and I have heard that these things can sometimes be had for less than the original offer."
