The flat roof became a maintenance nightmare and we had it converted. They also replaced the gutter system on the garage and painted the garage door. This year, the Nunez crew completely removed our concrete driveway, re-sloped and replaced the concrete. In addition they removed a rusty, broken fence and replaced it. Great job as usual. The closet doors he installed were not the exact size of the frames (my landlord ordered them) and I can't tell you how many times he cut and sanded them down until they fit ( I personally would have tossed them out the window and hung a curtain up. :)) He was super efficient and really takes pride in his work.
