"I had a contractor do my shower floor. I live in Sagamore Beach area of Mass.He used grout to secure the tile on the floor. Within 4 days of use it was lifting and coming apart. Contacted Silvestre and the owner Jean came out . took a look had his guys come and start the process of correction. Could not have been done better. They were all meticulous. Jean came and checked progress. When finished they cleaned up enough so you would not even know they were there. I have had work done in my homes for 35 years. Never had a company like this! Jean is a pleasure to deal with. All his people are just the same. If you need any tile work done at all they are the people to deal with. Spectacular job, wonderful to deal with. Each time we were allowed to take home as many swatches as we wished to check for color complementarity. When we made our decision, the order was placed, a man came to measure to ensure accuracy, and when the carpet was ready, an installation date was set. Every effort was made to install prior to the holidays. The two men who installed the runner were efficient and professional.  The customer service rep who worked with us in Weymouth was entirely helpful, friendly, personable. There were a few slight mis-steps: the top of the stove was streaky after being cleaned, the wooden floor in the dining room still had some bits of debris after being cleaned and the tile floor on the back porch wasn;t thouroughly cleaned, but all in all, I'd say they did a good job.
