"Downspout from roof over 2nd story roof and connecting gutter came lose in storm and fell off house. Did not call company who installed gutters, as we were not happy with their work. Called Richard of R&R Roofing to see if he could help. Found out that they repair/replace gutters, siding and windows in addition to roof work. [We had R&R replace our roof last year and were 100% satisfied with their work. See Ja. 2019 review.] One of his workers was at our house the next morning to make the repair. R&R Roofing will be our FIRST and ONLY call for all our house repairs and/or replacements from now on. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. Prompt, efficient and professional. "Highly, highly recommend Bruce Boyer - smart, honest and a pleasure to work with. He also has a very professional and hardworking crew. We had a small roof leak, and thought we would fix that. After inspecting our 18 year old roof, Bruce noticed a some problems with chimney flashing and areas with some very worn shingles which were contributing to our leak. He gave us quotes for the leak repair and also the full roof. There was absolutely *no pressure* to upsell us, but based on what we learned from him and saw with our own eyes on our roof, we decided to move forward with *the entire roof* that day. Nine (9!) days later the job was started and completed! Communication was excellent, all questions were answered quickly, materials arrived on schedule, large crew showed up at 7 am, critical and somewhat complicated repairs including carpentry were made, and by 4:30 pm our new roof was complete. Things look fantastic and we are very satisfied. PS - We did get quotes from two other companies and chose Boyer Builders. Very happy with that decision; pricing was fair and we can’t say enough positive things about Bruce and how well this job went. Hire him, you will be pleased!"
