"The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."

"Todd was excellent from the first day he came to look at the job until the completion of the bathroom.  Lots of attention to the details.  As this is our only bathroom, we needed to be away from the house while the renovation was completed.  Todd, and his team - plumber & electrician worked extremely well together to meet the time crunch so when we returned a week later the bathroom had functional plumbing and the final details were finished up within a few days.  The tile looks great and the finish work is very nice!  I would recommend Todd in a minute!  He was very professional, worked very neatly!  and went over and above the call of duty when we realized I had ordered the wrong size shower rod.  He made an extra trip to get a temporary one installed so the shower was available for use when we got home.
