"I had a written estimate within 24 hours of my initial phone call to them for a complete HVAC replacement. The estimator arrived on time and made a point of first listening to what I thought I needed and what I wanted to get from my new system. He then gathered details of what was existing and came up with a proposal based on what was needed as well as my concerns. the installers were on time, they cleaned up extremely well when finished and the equipment looked great. They made a follow up call after a few day's to make sure all went well and asked if I had any concerns or issue. I did not. In my own job I manage 15 installers and technicians and I know very well what good customer service is. George's delivered by all measures and I would readily recommend them to anyone."

"They did a verry good job"

"Excellent. Don was the best contractor we interviewed and worked with in 25 years of home projects in New England. He was professional, personable, very easy to work with. He communicates very well and clearly what he plans to do, updates along the way, if any issue arise, and gives very helpful and skilled recommendations for solving issues or improving design. Quality of work was exceptional. Very detailed for finish work. He also works very fast and efficiently. He was on time or ahead of schedule for most of the projects. He was on or under budget as well for two large projects which was very impressive. I absolutely will choose Handyman911 first for my next project."

"Pete has done lots of work on my daughters condo. I was very impressed with Pete and his crew. They were very professional and personal. We had a very tight time line and a difficult situation. They made it happen. Pete has been a very big blessing. We are in Texas and my daughter is a sing mother in NH. Whenever there is a problem he is right there to help."

"Did a very good job. And they walked through the operation of the system in a way that was very clear and simple to understand"
